Whether we were heading to the exhibition or convention center, or looking to indulge in some retail therapy at the nearby malls, everything was at our doorstep. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a stylish and modern bathroom, not to mention the excellent room service that made our stay all the more enjoyable. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, with a range of options to choose from.

Excellent staff, spacious room with great view, abundant facilities, prime location in Senayan area. The staff provided great assistance, helping with wheelchairs and suitcases upon arrival. The room was very spacious and had a fantastic view. Abundant facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts. The hotel is in the center of the city, with proximity to Senayan City mall, as well as the two biggest shopping malls. It takes less than an hour to reach the city center from the airport. The breakfast was great too.

Luxurious facilities and great service. the vintage feel of the hotel adds to the charm. Best part was the breakfast selection and the spacious rooms with all the necessities lined up and ready.
Noise and lack of maintenance in the bathroom were the major setbacks. Footsteps could be heard from the other rooms and the bathroom needs some upkeep.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities they provide are top-notch. the Spa and wellness center is amazing, and the massage we received was one of the best we've ever had. the outdoor swimming pool is absolutely breathtaking, and the garden area is serene and picturesque.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the service was a bit slow.
